I'll complete the quest to build & assign agricultural/industrial plots, get the notification on the screen and another to tell me to investigate the commotion between Old Paul and Lily (Lily kicking the ASAM sensor).
I unwisely started my SS2 settlement in Sanctuary each time (*see note below). So I had started a new game with the opportunity of a fresh start with SS2, because I was hoping to avoid this issue. However, even after correctly removing other potential conflicts, it just keeps happening. So, I thought it was other mods causing this bizarre occurrence. While looking at my mods, I look for incompatibilities, however FO4 mod authors seem to not think or care about including compatibilities and incompatibilities in their mod descriptions.
